Who we are
Mayfair & Co. is a trading name operated by LondonV, a TfL-licensed private-hire operator based in London, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to LondonV.
Information we collect
When you submit a concierge request or booking, we collect the information you provide: name, contact number, email address, preferred language, and the details of your request. We do not collect payment card details through this website. We may also collect standard technical data through our hosting infrastructure (server logs, anonymised analytics).
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to and fulfil your concierge or transfer request. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your request (for example, communicating your arrival details to a hotel or restaurant on your behalf, at your instruction).
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing client relationship requires longer retention. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction, and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact us via WhatsApp or the secure enquiry form. We will respond within 30 days.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session management, font loading). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are placed.
Terms of Service
Services
Mayfair & Co. (LondonV) provides concierge co-ordination and private-hire transport services in London. All transport services are operated under TfL private-hire licensing. Concierge services are arranged on your behalf with third-party providers.
Bookings and confirmation
A request submitted through this website or via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking until acknowledged by a member of our team in writing (including via WhatsApp message). Pricing will be confirmed before commitment.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed directly with your concierge. We accept bank transfer, Amex, Visa and Mastercard. For retained members, invoicing is agreed at the time of membership. No payment details are processed through this website.
Liability
LondonV holds public liability insurance and private-hire operator insurance as required by TfL licensing conditions. Our liability for any service we arrange is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for third-party failures beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Confidentiality
Our commitment
Discretion is fundamental to how Mayfair & Co. operates. We do not discuss, share, or disclose the identity, activities, or requirements of our clients — past or present — to any third party without explicit written consent.
NDA
Clients may request a formal non-disclosure agreement. This is provided at no additional charge and is executed before any service begins. Please indicate your preference when making your initial enquiry.
Staff
All permanent and contracted staff engaged by LondonV are bound by confidentiality obligations. Chauffeurs and concierge staff do not discuss client identities or requirements with anyone outside the operation.
Communications
For clients requiring enhanced security, we offer end-to-end encrypted communication channels. Enquiries can be handled through Signal or other secure messaging platforms on request.
